fa مفهوم‌شناسی بغی در آیات و روایات An Enquiry into the Concept of Baqhiy in Quranic Verses and Hadiths تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research «بغی» واژه‌ای است مشترک میان سه حوزه شامل: دین، فقه و قانون. این واژه علی‌رغم اهمیت زیادی که در هر سه حوزه دارد، تعریف جامع و مانع، و مصادیق مشخصی در هیچ یک از آن‌ها ندارد. در تعاریف ارائه شده در فقه و قانون بیشتر واژگان نیاز به تعیین مصداق و تحدید حدود دارند تا از هرگونه سوءاستفاده احتمالی جلوگیری شود. در تحقیق پیشِ رو برای استخراج معنی بغی افزون بر توجه به جایگاه فقهی این واژه از آیات قرآن و روایات معصومان – علیهم‌السّلام – استفاده شده است. از منظر آیات و روایات و یا تفاسیر آن‌ها، بغی آثاری دارد و باغی مصادیقی. در برخی کاربردهای واژه «بغی»، آثار بغی جایگزین‌ معنی آن شده‌ است. خلاف فقه و قانون که وقوع بغی را تنها علیه امام عادل و نظام قابل وقوع دانسته‌اند، آیات و روایات بغی علیه هر کسی اعم از ائمه معصومین –علیهم‌السّلام-، خلفاء و حتی مردم عادی را محتمل الوقوع تقریر کرده‌اند. معنی واقعی و اساسی بغی که برخاسته از معنی ماوُضِع‌به آن است، عبارت از «طلب توأم با تجاوز از حد» است که بر همه کاربردهای نسبی آن در آیات قرآن کریم و احادیث معصومان – علیهم السّلام- منطبق است. “Baghiy” is a word common to three areas, including religion, jurisprudence and law. This word, despite its great importance in all three areas, does not have a suitable definition in any of these areas, and there are no specific instances of it in them. In the definitions provided in jurisprudence and law, most words need to be assigned specific instances and delimited, so that any likely abuse can be prevented. In the present research, in order to extract the meaning of “baghiy”, in addition to paying attention to the jurisprudential status of this word, Quranic verses and the narrations of the Infallibles (p. b. u. t.) have been considered. From the perspective of Quranic verses, narrations or their interpretations, baghiy has certain effects and bāghi has its own instances. In some uses of the word “baghiy”, the effects of baghiy have been replaced with its meaning. In contrast to jurisprudence and law, which consider the occurrence of baghiy to be possible only against a just Imam and an Islamic state, Quranic verses and narrations have considered the occurrence of baghiy to be possible against anyone, including Imams (a.s.), caliphs and even ordinary people.
