other فراتر از غایت: تحلیل معناشناختیِ «حتی» و کاربست آن در حل اختلافات تفسیری قرآن کریم Beyond the Ultimate End: A Semantic Analysis of Ḥattā and Its Application in Resolving Interpretive Disputes in the Qur’an تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research تبیین دقیق مفاد معنایی ادوات قرآنی، پیش‌نیازی بنیادین برای فهم عمیق کلام الهی است. در این میان، ادات «حتی» به دلیل کثرت استعمال و تنوع کارکردهای معنایی، به یکی از چالش‌برانگیزترین مباحث در تفاسیر ادبی بدل شده است. اگرچه معنای اصلی این ادات «انتهای غایت» است، اما اتخاذ این معنا به صورت پیش‌فرض در تمام بافت‌ها، می‌تواند رهزن فهم دقیق باشد. مسئلۀ اصلی این پژوهش، ارائۀ یک چهارچوب روش‌مند برای حل اختلافات تاریخی مفسران در تشخیص معنای «حتی» در آیات محل نزاع است. این مقاله با اتخاذ روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و بر پایۀ «معناشناسی مبتنی بر بافت»، به واکاوی مهم‌ترین آیات اختلافی می‌پردازد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که با تحلیل دقیق قرائن متنی و منطق حاکم بر آیه، می‌توان به گزینشی مستدل میان سه کارکرد اصلی دست یافت: در آیاتی که بر نقطه پایانی یک عمل یا زمان تأکید می‌شود، معنای پایه‌ایِ انتهای غایت (به‌معنی إلی أن) کارکرد اصلی است؛ در آیاتی که «حکمت» و «علت غایی» یک فعل الهی یا انسانی مطرح است، معنای تعلیل (به‌معنی کَیْ) ارجحیت می‌یابد؛ همچنین، در گزاره‌هایی که وقوع یک حکم به یک «شرط انحصاری» یا «امری محال» منوط شده، «حتی» کارکرد بلاغی استثناء (به‌معنی إلّا أن) را ایفا می‌کند. این پژوهش نتیجه می‌گیرد که تشخیص صحیح کارکرد «حتی» در هر بافت، صرفاً یک انتخاب لغوی نیست، بلکه کلید دستیابی به لایه‌های عمیق‌تر معنایی و رفع بسیاری از مناقشات تفسیری است. این چهارچوب تحلیلی می‌تواند به مثابه ابزاری کارآمد، به دقیق‌تر شدن ترجمه‌ها و تفاسیر قرآن یاری رساند. A precise delineation of the semantic scope of Qur’anic particles constitutes a fundamental prerequisite for a profound understanding of divine discourse. Among these, the particle ḥattā—owing to its high frequency and multiplicity of semantic functions—has long been one of the most challenging topics in exegetical and linguistic studies of the Qur’an. Although its primary sense is “denoting the end or limit of an action or state,” assuming this meaning uniformly across all contexts often obscures the intended nuances of the text. The present study aims to provide a systematic framework for resolving long-standing exegetical disagreements regarding the interpretation of ḥattā in contentious verses. Employing a descriptive–analytical method grounded in context-based semantics, the article examines the most debated Qur’anic usages of the particle. The findings indicate that through careful analysis of textual indicators and the internal harmony of each verse, one may rationally distinguish among ḥattā’s three principal functions: (1) in verses emphasizing the termination of an act or time span, the basic sense of “limit or end point” (ilā an) predominates; (2) in contexts expressing the purpose or final cause of a divine or human act, the causal meaning (kay) is preferable; and (3) in propositions where a ruling is contingent upon an “exclusive condition” or an “impossible event,” ḥattā assumes a rhetorical function of exception (illā an). The study concludes that discerning the correct function of ḥattā within each context is not merely a lexical decision but a key to uncovering deeper semantic layers and resolving significant interpretive disputes.
