fa تحلیل نظریه‌های مطرح پیرامون حجیت ظواهر قرآن در دانش اصول تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <em><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:arial;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مسئله حجیت ظواهر قرآن از جمله مسائل مشترک بین دانش اصول فقه، تفسیر و علوم قرآنی است. در مقاله حاضر این مهم با طرح برجسته‌ترین نظریات پیرامون آن نظیر دیدگاه اخباری‌ها، عالمان اصول مورد تجزیه و تحلیل و واکاوی قرار گرفته، نقدهای مطرح شده درباره نظریه‌ای که به دنبال نفی این حجیت است نوعاً ناظر به جمع‌بندی و رسیدن به تفاهم در بین دیدگاههای رقیب است. مسئله‌ای که علاوه بر اختلافی بودن بین عالمان اصولی و اخباری، در میان خود اصولیان نیز محل نظر و تأمل است، از این‌رو اغلب نظریات مطرح شده مبتنی بر قول به تفصیل‌اند، از میان تحلیل‌ها و نقدهای ارائه شده نظریه میرزاعلی ایروانی از اتقان بیشتری برخوردار است، وی با تأکید بر طبقه‌بندی ظهورات نصوص دینی به تعبدی و غیرتعبدی، راه جدیدی را پیشنهاد نموده است.</span></span></span></em> The question of the authority of the exterior of the Quran is among the issues common to <em>usul al-fiqh</em> (the principles of Islamic jurisprudence), <em>tafsir</em> (interpretation) and Quranic sciences. The present article delves into this issue discussing the most prominent theories about it such as the views of Akhbari and Usuli scholars. The critiques of the theory that seeks to refute this authority are typically intended to reconcile the rival views and reach a mutual understanding among them. This is a controversial issue between Akhbari and Usuli scholars, as well as among Usuli scholars themselves. Hence, most of the theories quoted here hold that either school is partly right in its claims. Among the analyses and critiques presented, Mirza Ali Iravani&rsquo;s theory is more impeccable.
