fa بازخوانی دیدگاه محسن کدیور درباره «حدود حجاب» با تأکید بر آیات حجاب تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <em><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مسأله </span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&laquo;</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">حدود حجاب</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&raquo;</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> از جمله موضوعات مهمی است که&nbsp; طی چند سال اخیر پیرامون آن مباحث زیادی مطرح شده است که از جمله آن می&shy;توان به گسترۀ شمولیتِ نصوص در این باره اشاره کرد. آقای محسن کدیور از جمله نواندیشانی است که در سلسله درس‌ها و جلسات حجاب به این مسأله پرداخته و در قالب یاداشتی با عنوان </span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&laquo;</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">تأملی در مسأله حجاب</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&raquo;</span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> دیدگاه‌های خود را منتشر نموده است. ایشان بر این باور است که هر چند نصوص روایات، حدود پوشش را بیان می‌کند، اما نمی‌توان از ظهور آیات حجاب، حدود پوشش زنان را به دست آورد و این آیات تنها جنبه تأکیدی بر حفظ عفت و پوشش زنان دارد؛ در این جستار با روش تحلیلی- انتقادی، دیدگاه ایشان مورد بررسی و ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. در پایان این نتیجه به دست آمده که آیات قرآن بر پوشش حداکثری زنان دلالت داشته و ادعای تأکیدی بودن آیات درباره حدود حجاب زنان نادرست می‌باشد. </span></span></span></em> <em>&ldquo;Limits of hijab&rdquo; is among the important issues that has been widely discussed in recent years, and the extent of hijab in the Islamic texts is one of the topics related to it. Mr. Mohsen Kadivar is one of the modernists who has addressed this issue in a series of lessons and sessions on hijab and has published his views in a piece of writing entitled &ldquo;Reflection on the Issue of Hijab&rdquo;. He believes that although the texts of narrations point out the limits of covering, it is not possible to obtain the limits of women&rsquo;s covering from the appearance of the Quranic verses on hijab, and these verses only emphasize the preservation of chastity and women&rsquo;s covering. In this article, his point of view has been studied and evaluated using the analytical-critical method.
