The effort for the formation of Islamic humanities requires the explanation of the epistemic model (paradigm) that governs that scientific space. In epistemological models, ontological, epistemological, anthropological and value-based foundations are presented. The ontological basis is also the infrastructure of the rest of the bases. The central point in ontological propositions is "the form of existence" and trying to answer this question: What is the shape of existence (meaning the whole world of existence) is the mission of every macro epistemological model. Submitting this question to the Qur'an and deriving it to explore the perspective of the Qur'an is one of the basic steps for the formation of Islamic religious science and humanities. This article, by submitting the above question to the Qur'an, and analyzing the verses related to the levels of existence, has reached the following conclusions that: "Entity" is in the form of a "network", and all beings are effective in each other, and the relationship between them is "outcome", and the whole of it can be depicted in the form of a "cone or pyramid" that started from infinity. And by going through the six levels of "world of will and command, the preserved tablet and the unseen, the throne and the soul, Kursī (the seat), the angels, the heavens", he has reached the world of earth and matter. And in order to reach the truth of any phenomenon, its relationships in the entire network of existence must be considered.
